If it becomes necessary to cancel a registration, please contact the Secretariat . The following refund conditions will apply:

Before 31st January 2027
Full refund less INR 9000
Between 1st Feb. 2027 to 30th April 2027
50% refund
01 May 2027 - onwards
No refund

Substitutions may be made at any time but the Conference Secretariat must be informed.
*No Name change is allowed after 01 May 2027.
